The operator
Built by hand, top to bottom.
Round City is one person who understands — and hands-on builds — every layer of the work: the engineering, the systems, the motion, the interface, and the brand. Not a studio that routes your project to a team. The one who does it.

What he does
Five crafts, one pair of hands.
- 01
Web engineering
Production sites and applications — fast, found on search, built to book the job and to last.
- 02
System design
Quote engines, portals, dashboards, agentic tooling — the machinery that runs behind the site.
- 03
Motion & animation
Interface motion and brand motion, made in-house rather than bought off a shelf.
- 04
UX
The interface a business actually earns money through — clarity chosen over decoration.
- 05
Branding
Name, positioning, and the mark that carries them across everything else.
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max
- After Effects
- AI systems
- Automation
Design tools and engineering both — worked in directly, not managed from a distance.
The name
Plan, build, run.
Baghdad was founded as the Round City — a circle drawn in 762, built, then run. That loop is the brand: plan it, build it, run it. Structure, not a story.

The model
Mastery you can hire.
He builds his own businesses and sells the same capability to clients. Everything offered here has been run with his own money first — so what you hire has already survived a real shop floor, not just a portfolio.
How the work is done
Five rules. Each one breakable.
- 01
Run it before you sell it. Nothing goes to a client that hasn't first earned its keep on a business that's mine.
- 02
One owner, end to end. No handoffs between vendors, and no seams for the work to fall through.
- 03
Rank, don't rent. Earn the traffic; don't buy a number you can't hold once the budget stops.
- 04
Say what's operating and what's scoped. A plan names what ships today and what doesn't — out loud.
- 05
The number you're told is the number you pay. Flat quote, scoped in one call. No hourly, no retainers.
