EveryWrap

01Two owners, one shop

Karrar is the lead installer — the wraps come off his hands. Ali runs everything else: positioning, the site, quoting, marketing, and operations. It is the clearest statement of the studio model, because the studio is not a vendor here — it is an owner.

02Westbury, then a 7,000 sq ft floor

The New York shop opened in Westbury and outgrew it — the next move was a 7,000 square foot location in Hempstead, Long Island, run in partnership with Jerry of Immaculate Detailz, a partner worth naming. A second operation ran in North Highlands, Sacramento. Two shops and an ecommerce brand, marketed by one person at the same time.

03Commercial, not just colour changes

Fleet and commercial graphics alongside personal colour changes: printed van and box-truck wraps, boat and golf-cart wraps, tint, PPF, chrome delete, removals. Printed on Avery Dennison, 3M, and KPMF film. Named jobs include a full custom print wrap for the Queens Public Library’s mobile library bus in New York.

04Run on automation and organic reach

No ad budget carried this. Two Instagram accounts across New York and California built the demand — nearly 1,300 job photographs published between 2019 and 2023 — with quoting, follow-up, and lead capture automated so one operator could run the marketing for two locations at once.
